KidStart Mentoring Program
KidStart is a mentorship program that supports youth ages 6-18 in Greater Victoria who have been impacted by the justice system. Volunteer mentors get to plan a variety of activities, and simply have fun with their assigned mentee once a week for 3 hrs. Mentors connect with youth through weekly activities like rock climbing, hiking, painting, pottery, soccer, and more. KidStart is a chance to have fun, participate in activities, and build a lasting relationship that profoundly impacts an at-risk youth.
